Keep Portland Weird

Just like most of our stops on our road trip, we didn’t have much time in Portland, but we made the best of it! We arrived in Portland in the afternoon, and we decided to go straight to Multnomah Falls. For those of you who don’t know, Multnomah is the second tallest waterfall in the U.S. and the tallest in the state of Oregon.

I have seen plenty of pictures of this beautiful place, and have always wanted to see it for myself. It was amazing! We only stayed in Portland one night and two “half-days”, but we made it to Voodoo Donuts, Powell’s Books, The Rose Garden, a few breweries, and plenty of amazing restaurants.

Portland was filled with incredible architecture, fresh flowers, book stores, coffee shops, the most friendly people, and the best food Derek and I have ever ate. In the short 24 hours that we spent in this beautiful city, we fell in love with it.

Until next time, Portland!

Onto the next adventure, Wren
