Happy Valentine’s Day lovers!

This day has always been one of my favorite holidays, mostly because I have always loved everything that has to do with love and romance. I love having a day where we all have an excuse to be sappy and cheesy, and get away with it. (The chocolate and flowers are just a plus.)

Derek and I both work today, so we are planning on cooking dinner together and snuggling up on our couch to a romantic movie tonight. If you know me at all, you know I am obsessed with romance movies. Today is just an excuse to make Derek watch one with me. (Another reason why today is one of my favorites)

In honor of all things Valentine’s, love, and romance, I decided to share my favorite scenes from my top 10 favorite romantic movies. It was hard for me to not pick my 10 favorite scenes from the Notebook. 😉 Side note: I may or may not have all of these memorized.

Crazy Stupid Love (2011)

PS I Love You (2007)

The Titanic (1999)

When Harry met Sally (1989)

The Vow (2012)

Friends With Benefits (2011)

A Walk to Remember (2002)

Dirty Dancing(1987)

The Great Gatsby(2013)

The Notebook (2004)

I hope you’re all holding your lovers close today, reminding yourself why you love them so much, and making a mental note to stop taking the little things they do for granted.

And if the word “lover” is non existent in your life, I hope you’re stuffing your face with chocolate, buying yourself flowers, and reminding yourself that you don’t need a significant other in  your life in order to be a happy person.

Onto the next adventure with lots of love! XO, Wren
